Turning Up The Volume (Adventure Time Drawings)

Today with Tony we transformed a 2D drawing into a 3D drawing using Volume.

We focused more on cartoon style drawings. We watched an episode of Adventure Time and created new characters with an Adventure Time style. We used a cylinder technique Tony learned us to create them. I did my drawings at home, in the space of 10 minutes to see the results.

This first one has a Finn style to it from Adventure Time, i personally don’t like this one.

I started to think more outside the box and create something random, I came up with a worried guy in a tuxedo.

This was mt last character. He’s an angry ice cream man.

All of these drawings are based off the cylinder technique which is this. This a very rough representation of it.
